On your order confirmation page, click the "Get HSA/FSA Documentation" link. Answer a few quick questions to receive your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN).

Step 3 of 3: Submit for reimbursement.
Send your itemized receipt and LMN to your HSA/FSA administrator to reimburse each invoice. Your documentation is valid for one year.
