Relaxing effect but difficult to ingest
I take 2 capsules in the evening to help with sleep. I have been taking it faithfully for several weeks. Because of gastrointestinal issues, I resorted to emptying the capsules into a beverage. Although I don’t experience uninterrupted sleep, I do notice a relaxation effect.
I will continue with the two bottles I ordered and decide whether to reorder.
